  • OPT EAD start date is past 90 days unemployment time granted.

My OPT EAD start date is past the 90 days unemployment time granted. I also need to obtain SSN, which can be applied at Social Security Administration office on or after EAD start date. It takes 2-3 weeks. Will I be failing my F1 status passed the 90 days period?? What do i need to do?

    Hi Maanil,

Have you figured out a solution for 90 day unemployment rule? If you list some indian consultancy, will USCIS check if the information you have supplied is correct or false?

    Thanks
