Hello,
My husband recently attended (20th September) for F2 visa in Hyderabad and it is denied under 214b. I am a student in USA and started my course two months back itself.
Interview:
My husband: Good morning!!
VO: Good morning and which visa your applying for?
MH: F2 student dependent visa
VO: Can i have your I-20 and passport?
MH: Given the documents
VO: She opened passport and checked. She told her self that been to UK on dependent visa as it is your wife's second masters.
MH: Gave answer accordingly
VO: Are you working some where?
MH: Yes working in XYZ company and quit the job September and he is explaining about handling his dad's business but interrupted
VO: Who is sponsoring?
MH: Myself and my father in law (Interrupted again)
VO: typed some thing in the system more than 5 mins and said your visa is rejected under 214b.
MH: May i know the reason for visa rejection?
VO: check in the form i have given you and you can reapply again by changing your documentation (She didn't checked any of the paper work).
Please suggest me when can he appear for visa again? what mistakes he made?What corrections he should make?
