Hi,
I am a graduate student doing my MS and have already completed 24 credits out of 30 credits for my MS. I am currently in my last semester and working to complete my last 6 credits. I have been looking for work for my OPT and have received call for interviews. Now they want to make sure that i will receive my OPT card by end of January so that i can join them. I wanted to know if i can start my OPT application now itself before the end of my credits so that i get my OPT card for beginning my work at the end of January.
