Starting a business in India and Canada while on F-1 (not OPT) in the US
Hi,
I am an Indian citizen who will be returning as an F-1 student for Fall 2016. I am in India currently, and in the process of setting up a company with offices in India and Canada. It's a video game company, and I plan to be actively involved in the process of development. My question is - when I'm back to the US in August 2016, can I still continue working for the Indian/Canadian entities? To be specific, let me drill it down to the following questions -
1. Can I be an investor in an existing Canadian/Indian company?
2. Can I set up a company in a foreign country while on F-1 visa in the US?
3. Can I be a manager in the said company? Or a manager-developer?
4. Can I earn money from working there?
5. If so, can the money I earn enter the US? As in, can I put it in my personal US bank account?
6. Can I start a subsidiary of the company in the US? If so, can I employ US citizens?
