DS-160 question: Traveled to countries

Hi. While I was filling my DS-160, I stumbled upon a question: Have you traveled to any countries within the last five years?

I currently live in Canada (on student permit) but am planning to transfer to a US college. My country of residence, however, is the United Arab Emirates. So my question is: should I list Canada as a country to which I have traveled to? Also, should I list Pakistan (my home country) since I'm a Pakistani living overseas or does this question only refer to countries other than country of residence and country of citizenship?
