Hi,
My name is Venu. I have filed I-765(OPT) on june 17 2015. I got "Notice Of Action (I-797C)" on june 22 2015 to the address i have given. On September 03 2015 my case status showed my I-765 was approved. On september 11 2015 my EAD card was mailed to my address through USPS and i got tracking number. When I tracked the card with that tracking number it says they cannot deliver the card because the address given was missing apartment number. Actually while applying i gave correct and complete address and i got form I-797c to the address i gave. On 09 October 2015 my card was returned to USCIS by USPS. After that I called USCIS, the officer who took my call made a service request but till now i don't have any information about that card. Now I have a job offer and i cannot work without EAD card.
As it is their mistake, will USCIS adjust the start and end dates?
I am so much worried about this. Please guide me how can i get that card.
