Hello I am planning to sponsor an F1 student. He want's to attend a community college as an international student and he is currently stateside now as an F1 enrolled in a language program. The community college where he would like to attend is giving us a hard time because he does not have a high school diploma. Has anyone else encountered a similar situation? I feel it shouldn't matter if he has a diploma becuase he is already an F1 for his language program.
