F-1 student visa important issue!!!! Please help!!!

So recently I applied to a University in USA and got accepted, but now I have a great contradiction which I do not know how to get past by, When I applied to my university in USA I only showed them academic documents which provide Information until my FOUNDATION COURSE I attended at a university in Malaysia which ended in 2014. But originally I have documents up till First year of Engineering Bachelors degree which I did not submit due to my termination from the program in 2015 and I was afraid to be rejected from the university in USA due to it. Now when applying for the visa I will be applying for the USA visa and its interview I am really concerned about a few facts:

1. Should I provide the same information in the visa application form and I did in the University's application form? (I stated in the application that I have only studied up till foundation which ended in 2014 but my Visas on my passport is extended until 2015!!)

2. Will they interrogate me during the visa interview that why is my VISA for Malaysia extended up till 2015 and why did I arrive to my home country (PAKISTAN) in July 2015 since my course ended in June 2014?????

PLEASE HELP ME I AM REALLY WORRIED ABOUT THE WHOLE SITUATION ITS A MESS BUT IF ANYONE COULD PLEASE ASSIST ME OR SUGGEST ME WHAT MAYBE A GOOD COUNTER IF SUCH QUESTIONS MAY BE ASKED IT WILL BE REALLY GREATFUL!!!!
