F1 visa - information of filling the application

Hello,

I am applying for my student visa F1. But my husband had gone to US on B2 visa for a visit. He will be back by next month. In DS160 do I need to provide his information for the question - Do you have any immediate relative in the US? Do I answer yes or no Please let me know as I am confused!! Suppose if I mention yes will there be any problem for my visa application. Please help me guys,

This is very simple, why not wait till your husband return before you submit your application or pick an interview date that will be after your husband return so that you fill it that you do not have any relatives there. Beside, the question is relative that are legal resident in USA not somebody on visiting like your huband. This is my opinion not legal advice.
