Dual OPT question

I did my undergraduate studies on F-1 visa and then used 1 year of OPT before going to H1 visa. Now I am planning to go to graduate school for a 2 year masters degree. After I graduate, am I eligible for another OPT again? If not, what do I have to do to be eligible for another OPT?
