Change of Status from F1 to J-1

Hello, I am currently on F-1 OPT and working in Not-for-profit Hospital as Administrative Coordinator for residency Program. I am under non-stem and completed MS in Healthcare Administration. My OPT is ending in February 2016 and my employer is not willing to sponsor H1B/J-1 for me at this time. I want to know 1) Can I apply for change of status to J-1 with the help of attorney 2) what online courses/universities can allow me to enroll and continue working
