Hello,
I am on F-1 OPT status and it will expire in February 2016. I am currently working as administrative coordinator at Not for profit hospital. They are not willing to sponsor H1B or J1 for me.My program comes under non STEM. 1) Can I apply to change my Visa status from to J1 with some attorney's help? 2) hpw do I get more informtion about online courses I can enroll in that will allow me to continue working?
Please advice with this, it would be really helpful.
