Hello
I have a situation, please help.
I am a licensed PT (Physical Therapist). I am still on F1 visa status. My wife joined me 1 year ago. I am graduating in december 2015. and I am applying for OPT which will be active by January 2016.
I have job offers which I can join after I get my EAD card.
I want to send my wife home (India).
my question is,
Can I send my wife to India at this stage (before my graduation), while I am on F1 and she is on F2 visa status.
or can I send her home after I get my EAD card in January after my graduation.
What are the consequences/ Hurdles that we may face while her return to USA after about 2 or 3 months.
Also suggest what is the best time to send her home (India) for a visit.
