Valid F1 visa and EAD card, with expired I94

Hi All,
I have a valid F1 visa and EAD card. I have a current I20 and a job when I return back. I am planning to travel out of US, but my I-94 has expired.
I would like to know if I can return back to US with no issues, with my I94 has expired and considering all the other documents are in place.
