F1 student on taking a sem break due to emergency, i20 and sevis cancelled

Hi Team,

I’m virat. I came to US in Aug 2015, I got registered for the classes and attended the classes for one month and then I had to take a leave of absence for this semester(Fall 2015). The university cancelled my i20 ,terminated sevis and gave me a new i20 with a different sevis id.
Should I go back to the visa interview again or just paying the sevis fee should be enough to re-enter into US.

Note: I’ve not been out of US for more than 5 months
