F1 to H1 visa

Hi,
I am on H1B visa and passed 5 years on it so far. I have approve I-140 with me. In case I may leave my job for study and transfer my visa on F1. After completion of study I will find new job and convert my visa in H1B. In this case what will have to my stay period? Will I be able to stay only for one year on H1B as I already have used 5 years before with my previous employer?

That's correct. You have approved I-140 of course you can extend that H1 by another 3 Years, provided I140 is not revoked.
