My situation is too strange

I applied apply for f1 visa but unfortunately i have selected tier 1 while creating stanley form
Now my visa approved but the problem is my visa under review. Also i have seen my ustraveldocs account and i found the category is business or visiting.
Now what should i do please help me to fix my problem
