I am in a bit of a conundrum here. I am currently on F-1 visa and slated to graduate in May 2016. I will travel to India after that and come back in July to start my job in August 2016. In the meantime, I am going to get married in India in June 2016. My questions are the following:
1. Is it okay to mention the fact that I am married at the port of entry? Could that be a ground for denying me entry into the US?
2. If I do not mention the fact that I am married, could that be a potential ground for refusal of Green Card in the future? My fiancee's GC processing is already underway.
