I am currently employed as full time employee in US (based on L2-EAD , valid upto Aug 2016). I got interest to study MS here..and got couple of questions
1. To study into a college, is it compulsory to change my visa status to F1 ? i would like to continue and finish my studies while I am also working ..is that possible ?
2. How long it takes to convert L2 to F1 in case if I want to do it
3. After studies are done, assuming I opted to change it to F1 (because of L1 didnt get extend), how long I am eligible to stay in F1 ? and how soon I need to get a job in case of F1 ?
