  • My friend seems to be a bad situation

Ok my friend, she came here on a tourist visa a few years ago. Which has long since expired. She is now enrolled at a College here in NYC. but I don't think she can get a diploma without a student visa or a valid social security #. Is there anyway for her to get an I-20 form? Or is it impossible because her status is invalid?

    Another Issue

Well according to my knowledge your friend can get a I-20 but as the person is out of status therefore to get social security or degree from NYC, she has to go back to her home country and get a visa stamp. In that case, she might be rejected as she has over stayed in USA.

I have a question too..if someone can help me with that..

My cousin's student visa was rejected twice in last one year. She is engaged to a H1 holder currently working in US and they are getting married in next couple of months. Can she apply for H4 visa? and if she can after how many years is that possible.
