Hi,
My wife who is doing her masters in California is in India on her semester break.
She has changed from H4 to F1 when she was here and got her F1 stamping done in October already in India.
Now, due to the recent allegations on SVU we were thinking it'd be better to change to H4 and come to US with H4 visa (my H1 is valid and in good standing until Nov 2018).
Is it a good idea to go for H4 stamping when she has her F1 stamped (She has not traveled back to US after F1 stamping)? Would that raise a flag with CBP officer at port of entry?
