I am a us citizen my son petition was approve 2005 as a child. But, I became a ciizen and he also became an adult. HE "optout as a child" , now I upgrade his status and waiting for priority date. Philippines is now processing 2003. So, i have to wait more years. Is there any way, i can apply forsyudent visa for him to come to Usa while waiting for his US visa? If so, does it affect his waiting period for the prioritu date?
