valid f1 visa but don't have i20 from the new university
Hi there!
I have a valid f1 visa with name of my previous university on it I have transferred and got accepted into a new university but I have not received my i20 yet. I have a flight on 16th Jan and I want to know if I will be able to travel with my old i20 and valid f1 visa even though my sevis has been transferred to the new university. At the entry can I show the officials my acceptance letter and old i20 explaining that I have not received my new i20 yet or should I postpone my flight till the time I get my new i20.
P.S. postponing flight would cost me a lot and I would miss my orientation date too.
