Hi I'm a current F1 student and I came to my home country due to family emergency, this automatically withdrawn me from my course and my SEVIS is terminated. I already have a new I-20 with a new SEVIS number, can I re-enter USA to continue my education with this new SEVIS number without a new visa? Or do I need to get a new and fresh visa? Because this new SEVIS number is different from the one on my visa. And also I transferred from one university to other during my education, which means I'm currently studying in a school which is not I got the visa for, but already completed 1 year of my education.
