Hello,
In 2014 I have attended all semester as full time and in 2015 I have attended spring and summer after that I went on break during fall semester and came back to USA before 5 month(July 22nd 2015 to 13th Dec 2015) with same I-20 and Sevis, also I Have registered for spring 2016 semester.
Before going on break my advisor told me that if I come back before 5 months, I can apply for OPT in same SEVIS but now that advisor has resigned & new advisor is telling me that I cannot apply for OPT.
Can anyone please let me know if I can apply for OPT or not.
