Hi,
I'm an F-1 student on an expired visa (Expired Jan 2011). My mom (a green card holder) has also filed a form I-130 for me. I was thinking of doing a cruise which will stop at Half Moon Cay and Nassau. Will the I-130 form affect the automatic revalidation of my visa? I think it will very likely affect my chance of getting a new visa if I go back to my country and interview, but I'm not sure how it is with regard to the automatic revalidation process.
