Hi,
I graduated in December, 2015. My employer will be filling H1B visa request for me in 2016. I am currently on F1 with approved OPT.
Also, my wife would like to study and hence will be applying for Change Of Status request from F2 to F1. Can she face some problems in same (Due to me being on F1 OPT and applying for H1B).
