Guys,
I have few questions. I am in US from last 10 months.. today only my H4 to F1 COS visa approved ... I enrolled into a university and in Jan 2016 my First Sem started. My semester is going to end by May 1 2016.. but I am planning to travel to India in March 2016 for 3 weeks... Classes are once in a month and in March there are no classes. Is it advisable to travel in between the semester.. my next semester will start immediately so thinking to go in between... Also if my F1 get rejected can I come back on H4 again with existing H4 stamping or it is also invalid... ? or VO will cancel this H4 once we goto F1 Stamping.
