Hello,
Currently, I have OPT and my F1 visa is not expired yet. And I am marrying to US citizen this weekend. I am working on my green card application now, and I have one problem for I 94.
Last summer vacation, we went to canada by car. In my I 94 travel history, I have record for departure date, but there is not saying that I departed to Canada. Also, in my I94 form, my arrival date is back in 2014, which is the date I came with F1 visa by flight.
For I 130, which date should I use for arrived date? In my OPT paperwork, my arrival date is the date that I came back from Canada. I am so confused.
