    Visa expires before OPT extension

    Hi,

    I graduated in MS in CS in May 2015 with OPT start date as 22 June 2015. My OPT expires in June 21, 2016 and I shall apply for say 24 month OPT extension soon. My F1 visa expires on 12 june 2018. As my F1 visa expires earlier than my 2 year OPT extension validity will i be eligible to apply for an OPT extension till june 11, 2018?

    Please advice.
