How to get SSN + Medicare Taxes Refund on OPT

Hi,

I am on F1 student visa and Work Authorization OPT. I have a question on my SSN and Medicare tax refund.
As I am on OPT, I am exempt from SSN and Medicare tax, but my company has deducted both SSN and Medicare tax from my salary (as seen in pay slip) in 2015. Can I claim refund for these both? If yes, how do I proceed?
