Student visa while I -130 pending

I'm an 26 years old guy from Albania and my parents are Green Card holders in US. They filled the I-130 petition in my name last year and I'm currently waiting under the F2B category. I already have a valid tourism visa, obtained last summer, and I visited my family several times, not staying longer than 2-3 weeks because of work commitments here in Albania. I am seriously thinking of a student visa application, even if I hold both bachelor and master degrees from studying here in Albania. The problem is that these degrees will not be so useful in the US work market, and because of this reason I would like to use this waiting time in further invest on my education so I can directly look for a proper work, after I have my green card( I know it takes years).

Have anyone been in the same situation?

Can you please give some tips on your app and interview?

You appear to have established a good routine by not abusing your B2 which could count in your favor if applying for an F1. As long as you can financially afford to no longer work.. and afford the cost of your studies.. you should be ok applying.
