Entry to U.S prior to 20 days expiration of F-1 visa

Hey, Can someone answer this question..

Im planning to visit my country and returning back to United States 20 days before my f-1 visa expiration. Am I eligible to enter United states 20 days before my f-1 visa expiration date? I'm not planning to apply renew my visas so I will return 20 days before. Is that a problem or no? Will I have any problem at the U.S immigration?

I don't see a problem so long as you are in student status, i.e. enrolled as a student in a US university and in a program.

At the time of entry the CBP officer will ask for your I20 form which when checked on the system will indicate whether you are in a program.
