I have an important question on here guys! Please I need your help. I have a valid visa from a previous institution or college i attended which expires in August 2016. My SEVIS was terminated and i left the country the next day and the DSO of my school said the SEVIS record states that i am eligible to return to the college in the fall in two years. I got an admission with a new community college and got an I-20 before i left. The community college also starts classes June 1st but i should be in school by May 25. I also signed got my I-20 signed before i left the country.
My question now is, would i be able to travel on that Valid visa which expires in August 2016 with a new I-20 and new institution. I was also wondering, do the consular officers at the embassy see your SEVIS record when you go in for your interview. Please I would like hear someones opinion and honest answer about this. Hope to hear from someone ASAP
