Expired F1 Expired passport

Hi all here is the situation, my F1 international student visa is expired as I quit going to school had a baby with a us citizen and didn't get married and I went to work to support my daughter and unemployed boyfriend for cash. Am I going to get into trouble? My daughter is born here in the US and has a social security card and we managed to collect welfare payments from my daughter's status. BTW my passport from China expired 5 years ago and F1 visa expired 8 years ago and am desperately trying to support my family (my boyfriend is not the child's father).

You overstayed your visa, worked illegally, probably paid no taxes on cash received, and been out of status in the US the past 8 years? ..Barring any current prospects, suggest you strongly consider moving back to home country in the short term and carefully consider your options.
