Urgent: Do I need to mention childhood B2 Visa Rejection in my F1 DS-160?

My mom applied for B2 Visa for both of us (mom and son) 10 years back. And it got rejected. Now I am 21 years old and I am applying for F1 Visa. Do I need to mention that I applied B2 visa during my childhood and got rejected in my F1 DS-160 form?
Appreciate any help. I need to finish my ds-160 form tonight.
