NEED HELP for OPT STEM issue

Hi everyone,
Currently I'm working on OPT(F-1 visa), now my employer does not agree to help me with my STEM OPT extension. Also my OPT expires in July. What should I do?
Should I take esl course, but will it give me cpt or working permit?
Should I take some course in master's, but would I get OPT or Stem extension after completion of my course?
should I do PhD as my further studies?

What would be my best option? Please suggest if you have some other options.

Forget CPT. That doesn't work, and would only kill your future in the US. Forget that acronym.
If you want to do a Masters or PhD depends on you, if you are up for it and really want to do it. It won't work just for eventually getting OPT.
Nobody can help you in deciding on your career. That is your decision.
