Please help on the next step. This is my situation:
Entered the country year ago on F1 visa to Fremont NPU. Went back to India after a year to see the family.
On the way back at SFO airport, the visa was rejected stating Financial documents were not accurate.
Quite an humiliating interview with lots of personal questions, technical interview.
Visa has been revoked and barred for 5 years.
What is my next step ? Has there been any one in the same situation ?
Should I reapply at the consulate or go through attorney ?
Please advise.
