What are OPT eligibility requirements for students who converted from H-4 to F-1

I have completed 2 full time semesters on H-4. and I applied for change of status few months back.

Do we need to be a full time student in last semester to be eligible for OPT if we are on H-4?

or Is it fine if we are full time student for one academic year during the course?


Please clarify.
