Travelling with inactive TB

My friend has been diagnosed with TB which is currently being treated .As per the doctor she will be good to travel since it wont be contagious .The TB was diagnosed after she applied for the visa . As per the doctor, the TB will become inactive before she travels but she will have to continue medicine for more 6 to 9 months.
Will she face any problem related to flying with inactive TB and carrying a large medicine stock ?
