H4 to F1 COS(Change of Status) Query

Hi There,

My wife is currently on H4 and she recently got admission in a reputed university to pursue Masters. We are planning to apply for COS from H4 to F1 but it is not clear to us to which USCIS location we need to send the documents related to COS.

Could you please let us know the to which USCIS center we need to submit the docs.

Note :- We are located in Anaheim, California.
