DS 160 help ( on H4 applying for F1)

I am currently living in the US ( I am on H4 visa as my wife has H1). I have been accepted for the MS program in University of Washington.
I am going back to India to file my F1. While filling the Ds160 I am stuck at "Additional Point of Contact Information" where they need two contact
person's information in the country of residance. As I am currently living in the US, I am confused, whether i should give contact of people in India or US.

Residence is where you are living now. So the US. You should be able to do a Change of Status inside the US, why do you have to go back to your country to do this?
