Got F1 visa, entered USA, not go to school yet, can I change school now

This might be a weird situation, I got admission from a university, got I20, got F1 visa and will go to USA beginning of August. But I feel I need to change major and school. I already have an offer from another college. Can I not to go to the university that issue me I-20 after I arrive US, can I switch to another I-20 immediately after I arrive US?

Call the both Universities International office and explain your situation, because they are the ones who might give you correct advise.

To my knowledge as soon as you come to US with current F1 visa you have to report to current university international office with in a week time. If you don't do that it will effect your status.
