1) I am an international PhD-student and graduate instructor on F1 with regular health insurance for NY State employees (not the international health insurance). My (soon-to-be) husband is American. We're planning to visit my family during the winter break. Since I will be 7 months pregnant when we will return to the US, I'm wondering if I might encounter problems at immigration.
2) My second question pertains me traveling with my child in the future. I will still be an F1-Visa holder (must still fulfill my 2-year residency requirement for a previous J1-Visa before I can apply for residency), whereas my child will be a US citizen, just like my husband. Will it be unproblematic to leave for visits and re-enter the US with my child?
