Name Split on New Passport
Hi,
I am on my OPT- EAD since march 2016. In my old passport, my entire NAME appeared in GIVEN NAME field. Therefore, I had my I20 and OPT application filled accordingly. On my EAD card,F1, SSN, Driving License and VISA my Name is : FNU , **** * KUMAR.
However, my passport was due for renewal and I have got my name split in my new passport .It is now:
First Name : **** *
Last Name : Kumar
What all things I need to do to get my name corrected on and it what sequence?
•EAD CARD
•VISA
•I20
•SSN
•Driving License
what impact can it have when I apply for OPT extension or H1b Following year? Any help would be highly appreciated
