I came to U.S. as dependent of my husband on H-4 in 2012, and then I had a change of status to F-1 (student visa) in 2013. I did my masters in U.S. for 2013-2015 and now I am on STEM OPT working with Boston, MA company. Expiration date for my STEM OPT is Oct 2017 and during this all period of F-1, I haven't been out of country and so I don't have any F-1 visa/stamp in my passport. The only visa/stamp I have in my passport is of expired h-4 from 2012. Now, I have a business trip coming up in Canada, so do you think I can travel to Canada for a week with my I-20 Travel signature, F-1 change of status document,Valid EAD card and employment letter? It would be great if any of you could answer this query at your earliest convenience.
