Hello!
I have a simple question about Spanish student visas for non-EEA people. I currently live outside of the states and will be attending a university in Spain starting in October. Is it possible to get a Spanish student visa in a third country, so I do not have to go all the way home just to come back? For example, I live in the UK currently, could I do it here? Or would I need to leave the EU (Spanish Consulate in Bosnia?) to get it? Or is it only allowed in the my "home country"?
