Hi,
I filed I-765 form for EAD on April 3rd, 2016. And on 15th August, I received a notice stating that "your application has been denied due to the poor quality of photos".
I have graduated with an MS degree on 27th May, and it has been more than 2 months after my graduation. I also have a job in hand, where they want me to join ASAP.
The photos was from Walgreens and they were not at all of poor quality when I sent them.
Can somebody please tell me how much time does it take to process I-290B?
Can I file another application for EAD, i.e. new I-765 form instead I-290B?
How long can I stay in US?
Is there any way I can start working, and let the I-290B/I-765(new) process in parallel?
