Hi All,
my EAD extension for 24 months is approved but the OPT card is lost in the mail. i came to know that the only option is to apply for the replacement card. In order to apply for the replacement card provided that i am still working at my company as a full time employee,
what sort of documentation is required as per new 24 month extension rule?
can we use the old I9 form filled by the employer or do i need to request for a new I9 form to be filled by my manager?
it is been 80 days since i applied for my OPT card, it is lost now...do i violate the 90 day rule from the day i applied for the card if i continue working after 90 days? do i need to apply for replacement within 90 days of the original EAD application with 10 days left to complete the 90 days?
please help in answering these questions
