I am not sure of your details but if you were denied 5 times last year I would think there are things that make you an immigration risk. All you can do is apply but if you cannot show strong ties to home country, are young, or are coming from a high immigration risk country for the U.S. like China or India for example, these types of things would make your chances for getting a visa very low.
